In Hole Floors randomly sized holes show up all over the ground, step to close to one of them and you will be dragged down to the previous floor (i.e falling down on floor 4 will send you back to floor 3). It is possible for holes to appear under lava, acid and blood which makes them impossible to detect.
It is only possible for Hole Floors to appear once in one run.
